Job Summary

Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic rehabilitation team! At Novant Health, Occupational Therapists provide skilled occupational therapy services consistent with licensure as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited OT program, required.

• Experience: Relevant experience, preferred.

• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state OT license, required.
