Job Title: IT Manufacturing Systems Consultant (GMP)

Schedule: Onsite

Location: Winston Salem, NC

Rate: $68 - 78/hr.

Industry: Biotech

Responsibilities:

• Develop site level user requirements and architecture for OT (Operational Technology)

• Develop user requirements and set up of Data Historians (Aveva, OSI PI).

• Establish site level automation strategy and architecture in support of manufacturing facility.

• Provide support to integrate laboratory and manufacturing instruments with enterprise systems

• Develop user requirements, support selection of new capabilities to support shop floor data management

• Develop and drive selection of manufacturing analytical platforms to support future reporting and analysis of critical to quality and critical process parameters.

• Provide support for maintenance of GMP IT systems (Electronic Batch Records, Building Management, Laboratory Information, Automation)

• Provide project management support as needed to manage projects

• Provide support to set-up and commission new GMP IT systems as needed

Experience:

• Must have experience putting together OT and automation strategy for manufacturing

• Experience with Data historian systems (OSI PI)

• Experience with GMP/Part 11 Compliance

• Experience deploying IT systems in support of manufacturing in Pharma/biotech/cell therapy

• At least 5 years’ experience
