Job Description Calibration Support 1801 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987 HEADA Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Calibration Support, you will be involved with the overall success of the department by efficiently and effectively helping with all day to day tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping product, receiving in daily product, putting incoming daily product away, as well as providing customer service updates regarding order statuses. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: oMonitoring the day to day flow of orders being received, completed, and shipped oFacilitating calibration work orders efficiently oReceiving in parts used in the repair process oRecording customer measuring tools into the system oManaging day to day inventories on incoming products oCommunicating with Fastenal branches and vendors oFollowing all ISO quality procedures oComplying with safety regulations REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: oExcellent written and oral communication skills oProficient using Microsoft Office Suite oPossess strong math aptitude oHighly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented oDemonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities and attention to detail oExhibit strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills oLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment oWork independently as well as in a team environment oDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs oPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: oPrior experience using office hardware, including a fax machine, copier, and phone oPrevious experience picking, packing and using RF handheld scanners ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
