TheSupply Chain Administratoris responsible for the coordination of production, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution to fulfill customer demand and allocate vendor inventory fulfillment. Other responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments to understand customer demand and release information to PD/WH/3PL/Overseas team to fulfill orders.
- Utilizing NetSuite ERP system to extract reports and conduct analysis.
- Tracking and monitoring incoming shipments and liaising with the Production Manager to confirm expected production start dates for items on back-order.
- Monitoring forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
- Monitoring inventory levels across Winnsboro Plant and 3PLS to allocate sales order locations to fulfill customers orders.
- Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Business Administration or related bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the field is preferred.
- Expertise in a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-reliant, good problem solver, and results-oriented.
