What Would You Do?

Palliser Furniture Ltd. is currently seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Sales Supervisor for our Factory Outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the Factory Outlet team as well as assisting the Factory Outlet Manager.

The Factory Outlet is open from Wednesday to Sunday. Workdays and hours vary according to the needs of the business

The duties and responsibilities of this position would include:

• Leading, coaching and supporting team sales associates.

• As part of the sales team, using proven selling techniques, you will assist customers with the selection and purchase of new home furniture and accessories while providing an outstanding experience.

• Assist and support Palliser management and team leaders in preparing for sales promotions, customer events, and other tasks as required.

• Assist Manager with pricing and special projects.

• Follow up customer issues over the phone, in person, or by email with findings or options to move forward.

What Do You Bring?

• Strong leadership skills

• 3-5 years of retail experience

• Professional communication skills, both oral and written.

• Demonstrate multi-tasking abilities

• Strong inter-personal skills required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

• Flexible and able to adapt to change in a positive manner.
