The Opportunity!

The role of Chief Marketing Officer exists to maximize revenue growth through carrier relationships and commission agreements and takes the lead in the creation, management and enhancement of carrier relationships. The CMO manages extra compensation and volume incentives and understands local and regional customer segments and growth opportunities. The CMO is a key M&A contributor focused on due diligence and acquisition integration strategies. The CMO also focuses on the identification of new product opportunities. Finally, the CMO is responsible for coordinating and leading our internal large client renewal process which is designed to ensure proper coverage, pricing and options are made available to our clients in conjunction with the client account team.

· Full-Time career working out of our Winnipeg Head Office location.

What you will bring to the role –

· Five to ten years of progressive management responsibility in a key leadership role across lines of business in P&C as well as EB insurance within a brokerage environment.

· CAIB Designation and a License Level 3 P&C insurance agent in Manitoba with a broad knowledge of both personal, commercial and employee benefit insurance matters

· Five to ten years of experience using broker management systems and tools, including complementary virtual client file management techniques

· Minimum BS/BA degree or one professional designation beyond CAIB

· Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal.

· Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
