Healthcare outcomes must be adapted and individualized to the preferences and abilities of each person served. Thus, the role of the health care coordinator is to meet these metrics in kind. The ideal candidate for this position is interested in facilitatinghealthcare outcomes for participants while also working closely with them to ensure their individuality and ability to choose their own ends. Days and hours are to be flexible to best accommodate medical appointments in and out of town. Hours are varied throughoutthe week and some appointments may require an overnight stay.
