Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the Wholesale Distribution industry based in Windsor, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting phone screens and managing various recruitment activities. The role would involve the use of software and technology skills including Taleo, ADP, MS Office, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out phone screens for various positions ranging from Account Representative to Sales.

• Utilize recruitment software such as Taleo and ADP for efficient candidate management.

• Apply communication skills to effectively handle candidate inquiries and provide updates.

• Conduct background checks to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Leverage the Applicant Track System for efficient recruitment process management.

• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate statuses.

• Utilize MS Office for creating reports and presentations related to recruitment activities.

• Use your skills in ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management.

• Apply your knowledge in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective communication.

• Utilize CRM for maintaining relationships with candidates and improving recruitment processes. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.

• Experience with CareerBuilder and other similar platforms.

• Proficient in CRM tools.

• Expertise in About Time software.

• Proficiency in Applicant Track System.

• Experience conducting Background Checks.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
