Description We are in search of an ERP Project Manager to join our team in Windsor, Connecticut. The role involves leading a Deltek migration project from Vision to Vantagepoint, ensuring a smooth transition and efficient operation. This role provides an opportunity for a long term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the migration project from Deltek Vision to Vantagepoint, ensuring project milestones are met and deliverables are on time

• Utilize advanced business application programming (ABAP) and cloud technologies for ERP system management and improvements

• Handle CRM and Epicor ERP systems, ensuring their optimal performance and integration with other business processes

• Conduct AB testing and implement changes based on data-driven insights

• Leverage business intelligence (BI) tools to gather, analyze, and report key metrics to stakeholders

• Understand and manage business process functions within the ERP system to optimize productivity

• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, ensuring they accurately reflect project needs and objectives

• Implement change management strategies to ensure seamless transition during the migration process

• Monitor project progress, addressing potential issues and adjusting plans as necessary

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintaining clear communication and fostering a positive working environment. Requirements • Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)

• Experience with Cloud Technologies

• Understanding and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Familiarity with Epicor and Epicor ERP

• Experience with AB Testing

• Solid understanding of Business Intelligence (BI)

• Knowledge of Business Process Functions

• Ability to prepare a Business Requirement Document

• Experience with Change Management

• Ability to manage and coordinate various project elements simultaneously

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Proven ability to manage time and resources effectively

• Demonstrable problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well with a team and stakeholders at all levels
