Overview of Position: The Windham Mountain Tubing Park offers family fun, day and night during the winter season. Ten lanes of exhilarating snow tubing serviced by a conveyor lift, kids snowmobiles, and a comfy lodge / restaurant. The Tubing Park Operators are responsible for daily operation and customer relations at the Tubing Park. They assist guests participating in the use of the variety of attractions at the park including tubing, snowmobiling and ice skating. Operators must maintain a safe and customer friendly environment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain tubing lanes and remain alert to changing snow conditions.

• Handle and maintain tube inventory. Keep storage area neat and orderly.

• Direct customers to appropriate tubing lanes and provide clear instructions.

• Maintain control of tubing starts (no starts until lane is clear at bottom.)

• Organize group tubing in efficient and safe manner.

• Ensure all necessary supplies are properly utilized.

• Keeping entire facility clean; including assisting in trash pickup and removal.

• Report all potential hazards to supervisors.

• Assist in the operation of any assigned attractions.

  Job Qualifications:

• Must be able to handle stressful, noisy, crowded, and distracting situations.

• Must be comfortable interacting with both guests and employees in a friendly and helpful manner.

• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.

• Must be able to stand for an entire shift.

• Must be able to sustain adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time.

  Work Schedule and Conditions : We are in the business of providing an exceptional product and guest experience. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods.
