DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks at a journey level across building, mechanical, and electrical trades. You will also be expected to exhibit expertise in various trades, with working conditions and the extent of leadership responsibilities varying by location and assignment. Your primary responsibility will involve maintenance and repair work at Ryerson Station State Park.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities. Special Requirements:

This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License. Other Requirements: PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
