Job Description

A federal IT services provider is looking for a Top Secret cleared Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team in Winchester, VA. This individual most actively hold a Top Secret clearance and be willing to go on site 5 days a week.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define critical processes that drive value and need optimization.

• Engage stakeholders across levels and locations to understand business objectives.

Facilitate measurement solutions and implement performance-driven techniques.

• Recognize data trends, research causal factors, and propose solutions.

• Implement KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards to monitor process performance.

• Explore internal and external best practices for benchmarking.

• Analyze existing processes, document findings, and support process revisions.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and process improvement

• Experience with MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word

• Ability to analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems

• Adept at working with customers to extract business requirements and preparing documentation - Bachelor's degree in business or related technical field null
