Description:

• Lead mold maintenance and development for all product lines.

• Continuous Improvement by researching new technology for improvements to product, molds, materials, and manufacturing.

• Work with vendors to improve molds and mold maintenance.

• Work with engineering to make sure new and existing product and tool designs are moldable.

• Suggest Design changes or different processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

• 10+ years experience in Injection Molding industry

• Tool Design experience

• 3D Modeling

• Microsoft Word, excel, and PowerPoint experience
