Job Title: Material Handler 1

Job Description

Join our team as a Material Handler 1, where you will be responsible for performing various tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Your duties will include unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining records of received goods, and rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary. You will also be tasked with lifting heavy items and may operate motorized vehicle equipment within the warehouse, including forklifts and cherry pickers. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, post weights and shipping charges, and prepare goods for final shipment. You will also examine stocks and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines, and may prepare kitting packages for assembly production. This role requires you to work on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required, and you will normally receive detailed instructions on all work. Pay starts at $22.15/hr and candidates can start immediately.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Work Environment

Standard warehouse and distribution facility with concrete floors and large square footage layout. Material handling equipment is consistently being used. The work schedule includes Sunday from 5 PM to 1:30 AM and Monday through Thursday from 6 PM to 2:30 AM. Mandatory nightly overtime is required; work continues until all tasks are completed.
