Working under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Returns, Refurbishment and Liquidations, the Returns Supervisor manages the daily operations for receipt of returned product to enable prompt credit back to customers and the timely disposition of returned items back to the original sources for full credit. Supervises department personnel to ensure efficient departmental operations, as well as facilitates and supports individuals by being actively engaged in all facets of the Returns departmental procedures. The Returns Supervisor engages and establishes business relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure proper communication and best practice methods are deployed between Connection and vendor/supplier partners. The Supervisor generates, maintains and analyzes the activities of the department to ensure continuous improvement and meet departmental goals. Working with managers and supervisors, Supervisor coordinates a smooth workflow through Configuration and Technical Services groups.
