Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst in Wilmington NT, Delaware, within the Asset Management industry. The role involves bridging the gap between the business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the organization's information systems function efficiently. This will require strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Ensure effective communication between operations and IT.

• Use Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Database, EO/IR systems, HP ALM, AB Testing, Defect Management, Integration, Java, QA Management for various tasks.

• Monitor and ensure the efficiency of the organization's information systems.

• Resolve any issues that may affect the functionality of the information systems.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with non-technical stakeholders about complex technical concepts.

• Work closely with the development team to communicate the technical solutions required to meet business needs.

• Regularly update skills to stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in the industry. Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and issue management

• Demonstrated experience in database management and integration

• Knowledge and experience in working with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in using HP ALM for application lifecycle management

• Experience in AB Testing and its implementation in quality assurance procedures

• Proven expertise in defect management to ensure the quality of products

• Strong understanding of Java and its application in quality assurance

• Experience in QA management, including the development and implementation of QA processes and procedures

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the implementation of quality standards
