Works under the supervision of the Director of Radiology. The Diagnostic Radiology Manager is responsible for the daily oversight, financial

performance, capital allocation, personnel management, and strategic initiatives of assigned imaging modality(ies).

Responsibilities:

• Managing staffing needs and addressing workforce issues to maintain optimal staffing levels.

• Overseeing payroll processes and resolving any related discrepancies.

• Maintaining employee HR files and managing employee discipline and performance issues.

• Ensuring accurate timekeeping and payroll processing.

• Coordinating supply ordering and equipment selection to meet operational needs.

• Acting as a liaison with the CFCC Radiography Program to ensure collaboration and alignment.

Qualifications

Education:

Work requires knowledge normally acquired through the completion of an accredited two-year radiologic technology program.

Two year Associate's Degree (Required)

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Licensure / Certifications:

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification required.

ARDMS (for Ultrasound Manager only)

Experience:

Five years of clinical imaging experience and one year of Radiology leadership experience required.

Demonstrates standards of performance (ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion) that support patient satisfaction and principles of service

excellence. Performs other duties as assigned.
