Responsible To: Director of Admissions
Supervision Provided Through:
Facility monitoring activities
Direct observations
Individual meetings as needed
Team meetings
Disciplinary and grievance procedures
Performance Review Process
Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Knowledge/experience working with patients who are chemically dependent preferred.
CPR / CPI (Offered at facility).
Current driver’s license—Good DMV record.
Knowledge of 12-step recovery programs.
Ability to work with male/female, adult (18-over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed/opiate dependent population. Must be able to work with culturally diverse populations.
