Acadia Healthcare Dietary Aide Full Time in Wilmington, North Carolina

Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepares, serves, and stores food in accordance with facility policies

  • Prepares food according to standardized recipes and special diets

  • As a team, cleans and maintains serving, cooking and dining areas as well as storerooms.

  • Shift 6am-2:30pm or 10am-630pm, 5 days per week with potential for overtime

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a dietary aide or a similar position in food service

  • Crisis Prevention and CPR Certification (offered on site)

  • Ability to work with male and female adult (18+) patients with chemical dependency and mental health disorders

  • Teamwork and excellent customer service

Preferred:

  • HS Diploma or GED (or equivalent)

  • Serve Safe Certification (will provide at our hospital)

  • Previous experience working in food service in a healthcare setting
