We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the Maintenance team as an Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician supporting our Wilmington facility. • Ability to think through the mechanical and electrical aspects of machinery operations and decision-making

• Capability to read electrical and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting of the electro mechanical systems

• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects

• Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalities

• Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries of internal customers

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician include:

• Repairing machinery, including electro-mechanical equipment, motion controls, motors, pneumatic systems, pumps.

• Ensuring efficient operation of machinery and support equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical.

• Locating sources of issues by observing equipment in operation; troubleshooting for issues; using precision measuring and testing instruments.

• Assisting with the maintenance of inventory records and replenishment of machine parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.

• Working safely. Abiding by and promoting established safety policies and procedures. Identifying and following-up on unsafe conditions.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 35lbs

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
