JPMorgan Chase Vice President, Business Product Advocacy in Wilmington, Delaware

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a VP for the Card & Connected Commerce Advocacy Solutions Group within the Consumer & Community Banking division. The VP will develop and manage programs that promote business outcomes, leveraging JPMC's resources, partnerships, and data to influence policy discussions. This role involves close collaboration with various teams across the firm, fostering an inclusive environment that produces exceptional work. As a VP, Business Product Advocacy within the Card & Connected Commerce Advocacy Solutions Group, you will be responsible for developing and managing cross-functional, multi-disciplinary programs and projects that promote business outcomes for JPMC. You will leverage JPMC's resources, partnerships, data, and thought leadership to shape conversations around existing and new policies. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams and business leaders across the firm, and your creative problem-solving skills will be crucial in fostering an inclusive environment that produces outstanding work. Job responsibilities:

• Lead development of multi-disciplinary strategic, integrated communications campaigns in support of advocacy priorities

• Lead joined programs (participation, sponsorships bilateral programs, exclusive products) across multiple teams in support of advocacy

• Support the tracking of results; measure effectiveness of advocacy in terms of data-driven indicators and KPIs

• Engage with senior JPMC executives and key leaders of internal lines of business, to drive alignment of objectives and executional excellence

• Consult with JPMC product teams to develop advocacy into product design

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• 5 years multi-discipline, integrated communications experience

• Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, policy acumen, and strong work ethic

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• 8-10 years multi-discipline, integrated communications experience

• Deep understanding of financial services business issues, with a focus on credit cards

• Ability to excel and maintain a positive attitude in a high-performance, fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
