JPMorgan Chase Senior Marketing Associate - Card Acquisitions in Wilmington, Delaware

As a Sr Marketing Associate - Card Acquisitions within the Acquisitions Center of Excellence of Card Services, you will contribute to new account growth targets by overseeing the transformation and evolution of the Pre-Qual Widget experience. You will be the strategic lead for transforming the experience for the Pre-Qual widget through innovation, capabilities enhancements, and marketing across digital channels. This is a critical position within card, with complex and interesting business challenges and the potential to promote significant positive outcomes for the business.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the transforming the experience for the Pre-Qual widget through innovation, capabilities enhancements and marketing across digital channels (chase.com, email, paid channels etc.)

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Pre-Qual widget including strategy development, campaign execution and reporting of their marketing initiatives

  • Leading and driving a roadmap inclusive of developing capability requirements, creating marketing campaign testing plans to inform strategic direction, creative, conversion funnel improvements and understanding attribution models

  • Work closely with key partners in product, design, tech, analytics and risk to develop and implement innovative strategies aimed at optimizing the experience, increasing engagement and account conversions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with customer experience (CX). Someone that is an enthusiast who loves to roll up their sleeves and get their hands deep into every element of the experience

  • Understanding of a marketing campaign operations environment with a customer-first mindset

  • Strong business acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate

  • 3+ years of marketing experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
