SHIFT SUPERVISOR CHILD/YOUTH SHELTER

Responsible for supervising staff (during the shift) and for working with them on the benefits of teamwork and behavioral management for the residents. Responsible for the development, implementation, and review of service plans for youth. Provides care and supervision to residents (approximately 10 youth, ages 9-17), that are placed at the Governor Terry Childrens Center through the Division of Family Services. Works shifts and will not necessarily be on a set schedule.
