JPMorgan Chase Marketing Automation Platforms Quant Analytics Manager, VP in Wilmington, Delaware

Join our team as a Marketing Automation Platforms Quant Analytics Manager, VP - you will use your depth of knowledge in financial services, marketing, data, and analytics as well as strong intellectual curiosity and communication skills to establish and grow a platform to push the business forward.

As a Marketing Automation Platforms Quant Analytics Manager, VP at JPMorgan Chase within our Community and Consumer Banking Acquisition Center of Excellence Analytics team, you will be the driver of the analytics book of work that is transforming Chase's cross-channel, cross-line of business acquisition strategy to a hyper-personalized, data-driven, customer centric model. This role will serve as the analytics lead in support of the Marketing Automation Platforms product and will require deep understanding of our platforms, capabilities, data assets, and analytic tools to craft the vision for the future and develop a roadmap to get there. The candidate will partner strategically across the firm with marketers, channel owners, digital experts, and the broader analytics community to help drive business goals through deep understanding of marketing analytics and optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build the data infrastructure that ensures Chase marketers can easily reach current and future customers with relevant messaging, where and when they choose to engage

  • Engage as the thought leader and go-to contact for all data & analytics solutions for marketing workflow and campaign management

  • Establish and measure the OKRs that reflect the Marketer experience through the end-to-end view of the platforms they leverage

  • Deliver best-in-class business intelligence through dashboards and executive reporting to the Marketing Automation Platforms and Line of Business leadership

  • Build business cases that fuel prioritization and investment for the marketing campaign platform

  • Build team of analytics professionals to support growth across the Marketing Automation Platforms product

  • Communicate effectively with product and data owners to identify and drive forward a data driven analytical roadmap

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5+ years leveraging data visualization tools for data exploration and marketing performance evaluation

  • Proven track record of leading high performing analytics teams

  • Experience in querying big data platforms and SAS/SQL

  • Comfort building and managing relationships with both analytics and business stakeholders

  • Proven track record of problem-solving using data and building new analytics capabilities. Talent for translating numbers into an actionable story for business leaders

  • Experience with best-in-class web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture Insight/Visual Sciences, Webtrends, CoreMetrics, etc.)

  • Superior written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners

  • Bachelor's degree is required, with data science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, engineering, MIS, finance, or related fields preferred

Preferred Qualification, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in Financial services

  • Experience in Tableau

  • Experience with Teradata, AWS, & Snowflake
