Responsibilities

Position Description: Packer Worker (Production department)

Location: Aurora, IL 60506

• Variety of schedules: 4 & 5 days/week

• Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift available

• Pay: $17.75-$19.25 per hour

• Fast hiring virtual process

• Temp-to-Hire eligibility

Responsibilities:

• Assist in packing and labeling products, ensuring adherence to packing guidelines

• Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO rotation methods

• Work efficiently and accurately to meet packing quotas

• Maintain a clean work area

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• Working in a 32-39 degrees environment

• Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position.

• Position requires lifting heavy products or materials.

• Position entails standing, twisting, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.

• Reliable and punctual attendance required.
