    Job Responsibilities

25% Project Management: Lead project management for website related projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project objectives, scope and deliverables to facilitate updates for core website enhancements. Develop project plans and coordinate execution of web updates with designers, developers, and QA specialists. Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clarity and accountability for all web enhancements in project management platforms (Basecamp and Monday.com). Manage website project scope changes and change requests effectively and communicate those changes to internal teams, partners, vendors and other project stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change requests in project management systems (Basecamp and Monday.com).

25% Website Updates: Primary point person for making basic, non-technical site updates such as copy changes, image swaps, and link updates. Responsible for ensuring accurate information and enhancing overall experience for key audiences. Build new web pages leveraging the existing website component library. Coordinate with internal marketing teams, external partners and developers to ensure proper implementation of tracking scripts, pixels, conversion tracking for marketing initiatives. Leverage tools like DubBot and SEMRush to monitor website health including broken links and accessibility issues to ensure the website provides a good user experience and complies with ADA guidelines. Work with internal marketing team and AAA business lines to identify and prioritize content updates to provide visitors with accurate and up-to-date information about products and services.

20% Internal Communication and Training: Meet with management regularly to discuss current and future web and app functionality. Coordinate status meetings with internal and external teams to provide updates on active website projects. Develop and maintain training documentation for key web functionality. Train internal users on web technologies including but not limited to, making content updates and using web tools and features. Attend and contribute to meetings with partners and vendors to understand upcoming updates to internally and externally managed web technologies to ensure Club preparedness for any changes.

15% Internal and External Support: Assist internal support teams to resolve issues related to the website, including occasional troubleshooting outside normal business hours when required. Manage internal requests for website support for associates with backend website access. Manage webmaster email inbox and assign cases to support teams for member requests, when necessary. Work with internal and external development teams to identify and fix any reported bugs.

15% Improvement and Innovation: Contribute to discussions on ways to improve functionality and usability of website and mobile app. Work with internal IT, Business Intelligence and Project Management stakeholders to contribute to ongoing technology roadmap. Meet with management regularly to discuss current and future functionality. Stay up to date on technologies and make sure the site and its products are always mobile-friendly and follow best practices.

Job Specific Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with web project management and project management software. Experience with Basecamp and/or Monday.com is a plus

  • Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Experience working with web content management systems like Drupal and/or WordPress (or similar)

  • Availability to make changes to the website or troubleshoot issues outside of normal working hours.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Must be able to multi-task and work with tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of web design principles and web development technologies

  • Ability to document project requirements, specifications, and change requests accurately

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Must have flexible mindset to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with all teammates

  • Must have excellent people and communication skills and be able to work with non-technical personnel to help them understand technical aspects

    Compensation

The mid-market salary range for this position is $70,157.70 to $77,953.00. Starting salary is dependent on several factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, and skills required. Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform routine office tasks that includes operating a computer for long periods of time, sitting, filing and communicating on the phone

  • Ability to perform all physical functions consistent with travel including sitting in airplanes and driving for long periods of time

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull a maximum of 30 lbs

Experience

Required

  • 3-5 years: Experience in website project management, web administration or digital marketing role.
