Description We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Exception Role to join our team in WILLIAMSVILLE, New York. You will be responsible for handling unique or complex transactions, processing customer transactions, updating, correcting, or altering transactions as needed, and addressing platform inquiries with speed and accuracy. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Address platform inquiries with speed and accuracy, ensuring service level agreements are met.

• Handle unique or complex transactions outside of the platform as needed.

• Maintain data integrity and optimize business processes.

• Work closely with Account Managers and Business Owners to convert opportunities to outcomes.

• Generate data quality reports and metrics, providing insights to support business decisions.

• Perform transactional functions and order entry duties with attention to detail.

• Review and verify the accuracy of requests and transactions, and complete them accordingly.

• Support the team in driving platform adoption on Xvantage.

• Use your knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Outlook and Excel to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

• Utilize effective communication techniques and customer care skills to resolve issues with accuracy, tact, and speed. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service roles.

• Ability to review and ensure data quality and integrity.

• Experience in supervising and metric reporting.

• Proven skills in data analysis and optimization.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Capability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

• Understanding of order entry and business process functions.

• Knowledge of the Go programming language is desirable.

• Possess effective communication skills.

• Familiarity with service level agreements.

• Ability to provide insights based on data analysis.

• Drive for continuous improvement in all tasks and processes.

• Experience with real-time customer transaction processing.

• Understanding of transactional operations and Microsoft Technologies.
