Amentum is seeking a Challenge Course Facilitator , located in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. The Course Facilitator monitors activities at the base Challenge Course to prevent accidents and to provide assistance to participants. The Course Facilitator maintains order on the course, rescues participants in danger and administers first aid, while also inspecting facilities for cleanliness. The Facilitator must be able to harness participants, tie several knots used for rescues and facilitate groups of 8-12 members.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• Completion of 40 hour certification training (provided after hire)

• Ability to work on a team and individually

• First Aid and CPR certification (recommended)

• AED certification (recommended)

• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in interacting with people of various ages from diverse backgrounds

• Available to work weekdays and weekends

• Physically fit, strong, agile, and dexterous

Minimum Requirements:

• US or Naturalized Citizen

• Valid Drivers license

• Must posses a government issued clearance at time of application
