What you would do as our Product Manager

You would develop, implement, manage, and drive to completion the agreed product range strategies, in order to achieve market share, sales turnover and margin objectives across a variety of residential cylinder platforms under the Yale, Mila and Carlisle Brass brands.

You would also:

• Be responsible for strategic development of the product category for relevant markets and for identification of market gaps, key value chain drivers, trends and customer profit potential.

• Support and drive product sales through proactive activities to support the field based commercial team.

• Create and sponsor generation plans to drive NPI and product lifecycles.

• Full and coherent understanding of competitors products and positioning in the market.

• Be responsible for overall management and co-ordination of New Product Development programs on time and to budget.

• Be responsible for full commercialization of new product launches and be proactive member of the AAUK&I Innovation Team.

  The skills and experience you need

  We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven track record in product or project management.

• Is ideally qualified to degree level.

• Has proven project management skills.

• Has IT literate with good understanding of Microsoft Office and Project.
