What you would do as our IT Solution Architect – Order to Cash

We are looking for a solution architect to work in the area of Order to Cash (O2C) working in partnership with the Stream Leader – O2C to deliver the IT roadmap, enabling ASSA ABLOY EMEIA to effectively utilise information technology to support and grow the business. Candidate can be based in any EMEIA country.

You would also:

  • Be responsible for proposing solutions which are fit for purpose.

  • Be accountable for the quality of delivery from third party suppliers and development organisations.

  • Be responsible for handover of solutions to the support organisations and user community.

  • Be responsible for handling 3rd line support requests coming from the support organisation.

  • Be responsible to participate in relevant focus groups and process owner network meetings and workshops.

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Knows Solution Architecture including requirements analysis, solution proposal, design and scaling of change.

  • Has proven knowledge of solution and implementation experience for Order to Cash and project modules (3 years+) in Dynamics ERP (AX2012, AX2009 and D365 ERP)

  • Has an awareness of relevant 3rd party products and external packages to augment the above solutions and experience of designing functional changes, integrations, output documents and BI solutions for Order to Cash and Project modules.
