You will work in strategies, prioritization, and management of disputes/deductions and trade claims/invoices processing as part of the trade funds management process. You will work closely with the Business Process Owner partner and cross-functionally with sales, finance, internal controls and other CS&L sub-functions.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Resolve complex queries that have been escalated for a portfolio of customers

  • Coordinate and instruct procedures impacting business practices

  • Assess and examine modernized approaches to system and process changes

  • Take ownership for deductions and work with sales and other stakeholders to reduce opportunities for customers to make deductions

  • Collaborate with sales and other functions to manage payments/deductions and quickly resolve disputes . Provide guidance to the shared services team to ensure that collection of invalid payments/deductions are minimized along with maintaining good customer relationships

  • Strong numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills

  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft office applications

  • High-level SAP competence

  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods company

  • Experience in a customer-facing role

  • Experience in order-to-cash environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

This position will rely heavily on superior verbal and written communication, providing sound technical direction in a variety of methods, and monitoring key performance indicators to correct/resolve market anomalies.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required

Job specific requirements:

  • SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) experience required

  • 2+ years working in or with Sales

  • High level of expertise of CS&L Business aspects

  • Technical/Systems/Tools awareness preferred (SAP & EWM)

  • Leading Transformation / change including risk/BCP planning preferred

Monday-Friday

The base salary range for this position is $66,400 to $91,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
