You will work in strategies, prioritization, and management of disputes/deductions and trade claims/invoices processing as part of the trade funds management process. You will work closely with the Business Process Owner partner and cross-functionally with sales, finance, internal controls and other CS&L sub-functions.
How you will contribute
You will:
Resolve complex queries that have been escalated for a portfolio of customers
Coordinate and instruct procedures impacting business practices
Assess and examine modernized approaches to system and process changes
Take ownership for deductions and work with sales and other stakeholders to reduce opportunities for customers to make deductions
Collaborate with sales and other functions to manage payments/deductions and quickly resolve disputes . Provide guidance to the shared services team to ensure that collection of invalid payments/deductions are minimized along with maintaining good customer relationships

Strong numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills
Hands-on experience in Microsoft office applications
High-level SAP competence
Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods company
Experience in a customer-facing role
Experience in order-to-cash environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This position will rely heavily on superior verbal and written communication, providing sound technical direction in a variety of methods, and monitoring key performance indicators to correct/resolve market anomalies.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Job specific requirements:
SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) experience required
2+ years working in or with Sales
High level of expertise of CS&L Business aspects
Technical/Systems/Tools awareness preferred (SAP & EWM)
Leading Transformation / change including risk/BCP planning preferred

The base salary range for this position is $66,400 to $91,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
