Job duties & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair or replace plumbing and electrical issues

• Install or replace existing plumbing or electrical systems

• Interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance, including repairs/replacements of fixtures and appliances

The ideal candidate will have previous facility maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial setting, should be comfortable working alone and as a team, and will need to be comfortable on ladders and lifts. A valid drivers license is required, as a company vehicle is eventually provided. The territory covered will be NEPA, including Scranton and Wilkes Barre areas.

• $23-26/hr DOE, WEEKLY PAY
