Job Title: Bilingual Production Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bilingual Production Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Assembly and Dispatch Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing team training, managing daily reports, and ensuring all positions are covered year-round. The role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure year-round cover of all positions in the Assembly and Dispatch Area.

  • Implement and monitor up-to-date training for all Assembly and Dispatch Team members through your management team.

  • management on time, including daily PI totals, shortage reports, rejects/scrap reports, supervisor and manager check sheets, and daily team reports.

  • Provide a weekly update as the team's direct manager.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in production, supervision, assembly, and safety.

  • Strong production management and continuous improvement skills.

  • Proven leadership and management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach, develop, motivate, and build effective team relationships.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage both teams and individuals effectively.

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, specifically OSHA standards.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Experience in production supervision, manufacturing operations, and manufacturing processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Willingness to oversee operations to completion daily, including necessary overtime (approx. 10-16 hours per week).

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $82000.00/yr.
