Work on production maintenance, analysis, and improvement. Use knowledge of material and equipment control to analyze & assess current performance procedures and production equipment efficiency. Perform rapid coal moisture & ash percentage test: sample collection, experiment and calculation, using muffle furnace and halogen moisture analyzer. Coal product testing & data analysis & presentation with advanced knowledge of statistical tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. Draft plant upgrade blueprints with CAD software such as AutoCAD. Independently operate Low/Medium/High voltage installations, maintenances, and inspections, write corresponding records on logbooks for government agency inspection. Attend sales meeting with large coal purchase companies for data support and contract draft. Follow up with existing customers for product quality assurance and documentation support. Ensure a safe and secure production environment for employees by upholding safety regulations and equipment safety operation standards. Handle safety emergencies during duty.
