Role

Administrate, maintain, and develop the information systems in order to achieve highest system availability and to provide support for users in an efficient manner to optimize the business process.

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and manage all kinds of hardware (Servers, PCs, Printers, network cable, IT equipment such as router, switch, firewall…) to have normal operation of LAN and WAN in place.

  • Provide support for in-house application system and software upgrades that includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of application system problems.

  • Ensure compliance of the IT systems with corporate policy/guidelines

  • Co-ordinate to install and maintain the telephone system at offices.

  • Assist IT Manager/Supervisor in all relevant jobs to provide a system in line with the Company business requirements.

  • Attend to other Company activities that is arranged by IT Manager/Supervisor

  • Attend the training courses as required.

  • Coordinate with vendors / suppliers/internal support teams to solve problems

Technical and professional skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Good knowledge of LAN/WAN technology

  • Microsoft applications such as Windows 10, O365, Office 2021

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science

  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT environment. Thorough technical experience and knowledge on network and hardware technology.

Internal Profile

  • Understanding company’s business activity

  • Understanding company’s organization chart.

  • Well understanding company’s policies such as admin, staff handbook and financial policies.
