Job Description

Candidates will be in charge of tracking inventory as it comes in and goes out of the warehouse. They will be tracking equipment in SAP, but SAP experience is not required, though it is beneficial. All candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs. They will also be cross-training into another area where they will track parts to ensure they are processed in a timely manner. Experience with Microsoft Excel, including basic functions like using filters, is necessary. This role involves heavy computer usage and requires the ability to walk up and down stairs while carrying parts.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory as it comes in and goes out of the warehouse.

• Track equipment using SAP (experience with SAP is beneficial but not required).

• Lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Cross-train in another area to track parts and ensure timely processing.

• Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, including basic functions like using filters.

• Perform heavy computer usage tasks.

• Walk up and down stairs while carrying parts.

Essential Skills

• Experience with shipping and receiving.

• Proficiency in expediting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Computer proficiency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with work orders.

• Experience tracking inventory in an inventory software.

Work Environment

You will work in a warehouse environment, spending a full 8 hours on your feet. The available shifts are as follows: 1st shift: Mon-Fri 7:00-15:30 with lunch from 11:30-12:00 and two 10-minute breaks. 6th shift: Mon-Thurs 15:00-1:30 with lunch from 20:00-20:30 and two 10-minute breaks. 7th shift: Fri-Sun 6:00-18:00 (36 hours without a 30-minute lunch, or 34.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch). 8th shift: Fri-Sun 18:00-6:00 (36 hours without a 30-minute lunch, or 34.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch). For 7th and 8th shifts, there is an option to work an additional 4 hours during the week to achieve 40 hours, with a consistent schedule.

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
