Responsibilities include

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards
• Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols
• Monitor and improve efficiency, productivity, and quality within the production area
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and company policies
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability

The ideal candidate has

• Proven success leading production teams
• Experience with ERP systems (Syteline preferred)
• Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control
• Willingness to work hands on beside the team this is not a desk job
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
