The supply chain coordinator (Outside Processing Specialist) supports the procurement and program management teams to initiate purchase requests, track and/or expedite outsourced work, and maintain accurate records In the ERP system. The Supply Chain Coordinator is a liaison between manufacturing operations, purchasing, and program management (on behalf of external customers) and plays an important role in data integrity and WIP inventory management.\ \ Essential Functions\ To perform the essential functions of the role, employees must be able to perform the following activities with or without reasonable accommodations:

• Demonstrates a basic understanding of Accurus products, with particular knowledge regarding outside processing vendors and services
• Communicates clearly, professionally, and effectively to issue accurate purchase requests, accurately update lead times and delivery dates; investigate reasons for any deviations from quote/purchase order and resolve discrepancies
• Makes inquiries regarding order status at third-party vendors and may negotiate/expedite deliveries as needed
• Addresses quality issues with items received from third-party vendors, collaborates with quality personnel and may negotiate credits and/or rework as required
• Collaborates with personnel across departments to ensure accurate and timely information regarding purchased services is communicated to appropriate internal persons/teams
• Supports Engineering, Quality, and Program Management teams to optimize flow of MRB parts respective to lead times
• Updates trackers and metrics as required; prepares scheduled and ad-hoc reporting on supplier performance, expenditure, and cost trends
• May perform receiving inspections on incoming product
• May wrap or unwrap parts, assist with loading or unloading deliveries, and ensures accuracy of incoming & outgoing products
• Follows verbal and written instructions; reads and accurately interprets technical specifications, drawings, and work instructions
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Regular attendance on-site at the workplace is required
