The Office Manager shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Successful supervision of all office personnel, delegation of workflow in the office data entry, bank reconciliation, daily deposits, completing various reports, creating spreadsheets, and general office duties. Will need to follow verbal and written instructions, complete daily reports, use basic office equipment to process documents in Word, databases, and spreadsheet applications.

Required Technical Skills:

Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Accounting and Accounts Payable experience

Proficiency with a ten-key calculator.

Previous experience with data entry.

Ability to work well with numbers.

Ability to have good phone etiquette.

Required Soft Skills:

Ability to work without direct supervision.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Coachable and willing to learn.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Physical Requirements:

He or she will also be required to travel outside moving from building to building in whatever the conditions are from time to time. He or she will be required to sit and stand for long periods of time. He or she will be required to stoop, bend, and reach above the head and below the knees to file and retrieve data.

Educations, Certifications and Experience:

Highschool Diploma or equivalent.

Previous office experience.

Previous leadership experience.

The following is preferred:

College degree

The Office Manager is a salary position and reports to the General Manager. Standard hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday through Friday(subject to managements discretion)
