Job Title: MIG Welder

Job Description

We are seeking to hire MIG Welders for our production facility. Join our team and contribute to our dynamic and safety-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • MIG welding

  • Working with grids

  • Grinding parts

  • Maintaining a clean shop and work area

  • Ensuring all processes are carried out with the required use of safety controls and PPE

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in MIG welding

  • Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints

  • Ability to work with grids

  • Experience in grinding parts

  • Strong attention to detail in maintaining a clean work environment

  • Commitment to adhering to safety controls and PPE requirements

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in fabrication

  • Knowledge of stick welding

Work Environment

This position is based in a production and fabrication shop. The weekend shift runs from Saturday to Monday, 7am to 7pm. The facility maintains high safety standards and requires the use of appropriate PPE at all times. The environment is dynamic, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
