Job Objective: Committed to being part of a positive working environment while providing quality products and meeting customers schedule.\ Reads blueprints, specs, and ensures machines run quality parts per specification.\ Essential Job Functions:\ Able to read and interpret aircraft blueprints, specs and perform dimensional inspections of tools and parts as needed\ Perform setup, edit and operate CNC Mill and Lathe machines\ Ability to use inspection equipment\ Ability to operate FANUC controls\ Ensure setup card and programs reflect the correct information and meet quality requirements.\ Maintains setup cards and ensure they can be interpreted by all users.\ Check and buy off own work\ Perform preventative machine maintenance as required\ Ability to make layouts from part Drawing / Mylars\ Maintain good housekeeping by keeping work area clean and uncluttered.\ Good communication skills.\ Frequently lift 10 20lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.\ Frequently walk throughout the shop\ Work Environment:\ Usual working days/hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00am 4:30pm; Friday 6:00am 3:30pm. Working hours are subject to change based\ company needs, may require working additional overtime on Saturdays.\ Manufacturing shop environment\ High noise level\ Equipment:\ CNC Machining centers, and CNC Lathes\ Manual Machines - Lathes, drill press, hone, and band saw\ Calipers\ Micrometers\ Height Gages\ Preferred Training\ GD&T\ Forklift Operation\ General ISO
