City Wide Facility Solutions Inside Sales Associate in Wichita, Kansas

City Wide of Wichita is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with the Sales Executive team to prospect for new clients and set qualified appointments. This role involves identifying potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, email campaigns, direct emails, LinkedIn, other social platforms, and online research with the goal of setting qualified appointments for the Sales Executives. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and Identify Potential Clients:

  • Constantly research and identify potential clients and qualified leads through various channels.

  • Use online research, social media, and other resources to find and engage new prospects.

  • Client Outreach:

  • Conduct cold calls, send emails, and follow up with potential clients daily.

  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns to generate interest and set appointments.

  • Utilize LinkedIn and other social channels to connect with and engage potential clients.

  • Client Engagement:

  • Educate and answer questions for potential new clients about our products/services.

  • Problem solve and provide solutions to potential client inquiries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular follow-up and engagement.

  • Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule qualified meetings with potential clients for the Sales Executives to close new business.

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth transition and follow-up on leads.

  • CRM Management:

  • Maintain an organized work environment and accurately store information in the CRM system.

  • Update and manage client information, interactions, and appointment details in the CRM.

  • Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential new clients.

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns from potential clients promptly.

  • Provide feedback from potential clients to improve processes and offerings.

Qualifications & Skills: Education:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a sales representative or lead generation role.

  • Proven ability to research and identify potential clients and qualified leads.

  • Experience with cold calling, emailing, and following up with potential clients.

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to educate and answer questions for potential clients.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain strong client connections.

  • Proficient in setting meetings and appointments for the Sales Executives to close new business.

  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain accurate information in a CRM system.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent client experiences.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in utilizing digital tools like CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and email marketing platforms.

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for prospecting and engagement.

Hours and Compensation:

  • Full-time position with standard business hours (8a-5p) & no weekends.

  • Competitive pay based on experience and performance.
