Perform AC diagnosis and repairs.\ Complete minor electrical repairs.\ Checks all lights and replace as necessary.\ Repair of appliances.\ Assist in changing out or removing appliances.\ Checks faucets sink plugs and repairs/replaces parts as necessary. Perform repairs to sinks, bathtubs, toilets, etc.\ Change A/C filters, and may daily log the temperatures and pressures on commercial HVAC equipment.\ Operate carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets and extract water.\ Assist in grounds work, including regular grounds inspections, picking up debris, and emptying trash containers.\ Perform some custodial work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, etc.\ May participate in a rotating on-call emergency schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage
