Chubb Data Transformation Lead – Claims in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead in the implementation of Agile delivery principles and practices within the Claim data domain and help on the dissemination of the methodology across technical and business teams
Provide financial/resource/strategic portfolio management support at the Domain level, partnering closely with the Claim Domain Leader
Manage/oversee the execution and delivery of our Claim data portfolio
Ensure the Claim squads are implementing Quarterly Planning, Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, Stand-ups, Demos, and Retrospectives in alignment with enterprise/GDO standards
Mitigate risks, issues, and impediments at the domain/org level to help the teams/organization be successful
Ensure squad/domain synchronization, process efficiency, and continuous improvement processes are being implemented, leveraging metrics/reporting and tooling (Jira) according to the methodology
Build a culture that promotes transparency, inspection, and adaptation
Embrace, champion, and adapt to change and transformation in alignment with business goals and the overall strategic direction
Populate scorecards and status reports as needed to provide timely and accurate progress on Claim initiatives
Oversee/govern both internal and external spend to ensure alignment with the budget
Clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of management and across multiple stakeholders
