Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description: You will oversee around 100 - 200 direct reports and report to the manufacturing manager. You will direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products in the most efficient and safe manner, ensuring that scheduling meets both business and customer needs.

• Maintaining documentation for disciplinary actions

• Directing training and orientation

• Ensuring compliance with EHS rules

• Maintaining compliance with collective bargaining agreements

• Handling grievances

• Scheduling production and work teams

• Reviewing production and operating reports

• Resolving manufacturing and maintenance problems

• Inspecting machines and equipment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience within the maintenance department

• Minimum of 8 years total years as a maintenance tech or journeyman card holder
