Raytheon’s Mission Capability Verification Center (MCVC) at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) is seeking a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to focus on test missile processes, missile facility activities, and site-wide initiatives. This includes the application of lean methods, project engineering principals, and understanding of quality/EHS compliance. In addition to this, work with a diverse team to drive positive impact and provide robust solutions for commitments and company compliance standards. You will be in instrumental in optimizing MCVC processes, driving continuous improvements and contributing to the successful alignment of program standards. What You Will Do
Identifying projects related to cost reduction, and process improvement
Participating in lessons learned
Support and oversee area audits
Assist in capital equipment allocations
Collaborate with multi discipline engineers and leadership as required
Lead a diverse team as needed
Developing and updating Value Stream Maps (VSM) and interpret Technical data packages
Write WI for process flow and execution
Learn ALL UP Round (AUR) test parameters
Using innovative problem-solving methods and creative solutions
Ability to data mine through multiple information systems
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including senior level management.
Travel is expected up to 30% domestically and internationally.
Will work 1st shift primarily but may have early/late work call to support Test Missions

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with related experience.
Experience in system integration, operations, or test.
The ability to obtain and maintain a US government issued security clearance is required. US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles, and/or LEAN, CORE, ACE, or Six-Sigma training
Past experience with team leadership
Electronics & Mechanical background a plus
Experience working SAP ERP, and MS Office Suite
Training and demonstrated experience in Excel Macros

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
