OneFourTwo Design Group is a full-service design firm, partnered with the ARCO Family of Companies. Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Project Manager for our Interiors Team based in White Plains, NY.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Manage interior architecture projects from beginning to completion by interfacing with clients and project teams

• Research building codes and local zoning requirements

• Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideas

• Oversee project teams, budget, schedule, and work plans

• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction

• Network and foster relationships with clients and industry professionals

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, plus 5-10 years of relevant experience

• Experience managing project teams, project scope, schedule, and budget

• Must be proficient in Revit

• Experience in standard office software (Photoshop, MS Office Suite etc.)

• Experience in design programs like AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketchup, and/or Enscape is preferred

• Licensure is preferred but not required
