TEKsystems Onsite Call Center Representative in White Plains, New York
We are partnered with a top life insurance company looking to add 3 Call Center Representatives to their growing teams!
Eligible for union benefits when permanent
Gain healthcare and insurance experience
Grow call center and customer service skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle a high volume of calls from members
Answer any inquiries regarding healthcare benefits, claims, accounts, enrollment and pension information
Act as the point of contact for union members
Answer any financial related questions
Work between a dual monitor system
Log all calls and information into the computer system
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of call center experience
Healthcare experience (Customer service or administrative) preferred
Data entry experience
Insurance experience
Experience Level:
