Key Responsibilities: Present and sell a variety of insurance products to clients. Conduct thorough needs analyses to meet client requirements. Maintain professional communication and phone etiquette at all times. Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Requirements: Any License: Property and Casualty License required or Candidates with a Surplus Lines Broker License, or Life & Health Insurance Broker License, or Property & Casualty Broker License. Experience: 4-5 years' experience in commercial insurance sales preferred. Skills: Must be detail-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Bilingual: English/Spanish language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Prior experience in insurance sales is highly desirable. What We Offer: Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year. Commission and performance-based bonus opportunities.
