POSITION: REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ANALYST

LOCATION: WHITE PLAINS, NY - HYBRID (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Exciting opportunity for an Investment Analyst with highly successful boutique Real Estate Investment Company. The Investment Analyst position is a newly created role due to growth and reports directly into the VP of Investment Operations at the firm. This is an outstanding organization that has excellent longevity, above market compensation including a generous bonus and offers flexibility and a family first environment for its staff. The Investment Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the firm’s real estate acquisitions and asset management team, with a specific focus on hotels and other commercial mixed-use properties, including but not limited to: evaluating and underwriting new investment opportunities, financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Finance/related; Masters Degree a plus

· 3-5+ years of applicable experience in a Real Estate investing capacity

· Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills utilizing Microsoft Excel

· Advanced Microsoft Excel with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint

· A creative thinker capable of critical thinking and the ability to draw independent conclusions

· Display a high level of professionalism, sound judgment, strong analytical skills, accurate and reliable prioritization, strong time management, solid technical skills, and exemplary teamwork
